Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the date of my subscription delivery?
Log in to your account and select “Scheduled Orders”. Click on (Change) next to date at the top left corner of your subscription order and choose the date that you would like to change it to.
Can I change or add items to my subscription?
Log in to your account and select “Scheduled Orders”.
To change your item, click into the search field and select the item you would like to order from the drop-down menu. Click the X next to any item that you would like to remove from your order.
How do I update my credit card information?
Log in to your account and select “Payment methods”. Click on the credit card that you need to adjust or click on “Add payment method”.
*Changes can’t be made after 4 am EST of the day of the scheduled order.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account and select “Scheduled Orders”. Click on Addresses and click on the pencil next to Shipping Address. Change the address and click the box at the bottom of the page “Update the Shipping Address for all my Scheduled Orders (optional)”
*Changes can’t be made after 4 am EST of the day of the scheduled order.
Can I pause or delete an order?
Log in to your account and select “Scheduled Orders”. Click on Pause to stop your order. Your order will stay paused until you choose to schedule it again. Click on Delete (in light gray on the bottom right of the order) to delete your order. You will need to create a new order if you choose this option.
